MCP and Licensed Site Professional Services
Should you need to assess or clean up a spill of oil or hazardous material, LEEI can help you meet your obligations under the MCP, from notification of regulatory authorities to closure. We have broad experience in the preparation of all phases of MCP compliance submittals. The complexity of our projects ranges from residential fuel oil releases to large industrial sites with chlorinated solvents present in the bedrock.

21J UST Reimbursement Fund
If you own or operate an eligible UST system and have had a spill, we can help you access the Massachusetts Underground Storage Tank Petroleum Cleanup Fund, commonly known as the “21J Fund.” The 21J fund offers eligible claimants reimbursement for cleanup costs.
Our staff has extensive experience assisting clients ranging in size from international petroleum corporations to family-owned and operated gas stations to gain access to the fund and managing the preparation of timely reimbursement request submittals.
We can also help you negotiate with regulators should disputes arise.
